The Fullerton market is back just in time for spring and summer fun. Beginning Apr. 4 through Oct. 24, the market will be held every Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the heart of Downtown Fullerton.
“The Fullerton market is a place to come together and have some fun, we invite our Fullerton community, our neighbor cities and everyone is welcomed” said Joshua Castanon, city event coordinator.
Some of the market features include an outdoor beer and wine garden for the adults and craft activities at the Kids Korner for some family time.
There will also be food vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables locally grown. A variety of on-site hot food vendors like pizza and hot dogs will also be available.
Many arts and crafts, jewelers, and information booths like chiropractors and dog trainers are also counted in.
If you like to enjoy some time off with music, the market is a place to come after a long day and join the community with some live entertainment. Live music will start at 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. every Thursday.
Some of the bands on the list are Bubba & the Big Bad Blues and The Belairs playing rock & roll.
Admission is free and visitors to Fullerton Market will also be able to tour the award- winning Fullerton Museum Center. Parking may be found in any of the free lots in downtown, or in the parking structures at Wilshire [enter from Harbor], Lemon Street and Chapman Avenue and in the Transportation Center on Pomona and Santa Fe Avenue.
Further information can be obtained by calling the Fullerton Museum Center at (714) 738-6545. Applications for market vendors are also available online.
