A male suspect was arrested by the Fullerton Police Department on charges of sexual battery for allegedly groping a female student on Feb. 6 at approximately 10:35 a.m. in Parking Lot 6, located near the baseball and softball fields.

According to Campus Safety, the suspect is Kevin Martinez, 22. He came up behind a female student, squeezed and grabbed her butt as she was walking on the sidewalk.

The student notified Campus Safety immediately of the unwanted physical contact. Fullerton PD was notified and officers were able to detain Martinez, driving a silver Ford Mustang near the intersection of Chapman and Pomona ave.
