A female student was victim of sexual battery on Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. while she was resting on the high school baseball bleachers north of the 700 building.

The suspect stood above her, asked her name and then grabbed her breasts and upper thigh. She immediately got up and called over a friend who was walking by and the suspect took off north on the fire lane between the baseball field and the parking structure.

The suspect is described to be a Hispanic or Asian male in his twenties around 5’8, 140 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes. The Fullerton Police Department is currently investigating this case.

Earlier this month a male suspect was arrested by Fullerton PD on charges of sexual battery for allegedly groping a female student.
