Dy ended the game with 14 points.
According to Hornet head coach Marcia Foster, Dy is a true leader and stepped up this season when the team needed her most. It’s easy to laugh and have a good time when things are going well, but when things aren’t going your way true leaders rise and that is what Dy did this season.
A bright spot coming off the bench for the Hornets was Madeline Calvert who lead the team with 16 points. Calvert shot 70 percent from the field in only 8 minutes of play.
