Fullerton restaurants gain with to-go alcoholic sales

Fullerton restaurants have taken a hard hit to their businesses since Californians have been advised to stay at home until further notice to stop the spread of COVID-19. Downtown Fullerton restaurants have taken the precaution to only allow take-out and delivery orders.

Now, what about alcohol and beer? The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) has lifted the restrictions on restaurants selling alcohol.

God forbid people can’t order a $5.00 cocktail. Glad to see the city get its priorities straight.

Small pleasures are sometimes good measures. Our economy is fragile. The business community is attempting, with creativity, to continue serving clientele while keeping itself solvent without price gouging. Individually, we can all be creative enough to become a plus rather than a minus. Try checking on friends & neighbors, wear a mask or even a bandana over nose & mouth in public. Don’t crowd, don’t hoard, don’t be an ass.
