Green Bliss Café two year anniversary

The sun was resting up high in the gorgeous blue sky. The weather was perfect for a celebration as Green Bliss Café celebrated their two year anniversary on Saturday.

Green Bliss Café is completely vegetarian, gluten-free and they also have vegan options.

“Our philosophy is to do everything organic and local,” said Jessica Gardner, coffee manager at Green Bliss Café. “We like to support local farmers and local artists.”

All of the produce is organic and it is all provided by farms within in California. Their menu also changes as the seasons change. Their menu consists of fresh salads, paninis, and flatbreads.

Green Bliss wants to provide their customers with the best coffee, so they look for the best coffee roasters in California. They also have coffee cuppings throughout the year. A coffee cupping is just like wine tasting, but with coffee of course.

There are also events that they have at Green Bliss and they can be found on their website.

To celebrate, the café offered henna tattoos, a free photo booth, free coffee cupping, $1 12oz drip coffee all day, free delicious samples of baked goodies and raffles. For every $5 a customer spent they received a raffle ticket.

“It’s my first time here and I absolutely love the food,” said Jasmine Garibay, Fullerton resident. “The photo booth is also a lot of fun.”

Green Bliss Café is located in the Villa del Sol complex at 305 N Harbor Blvd Suite 103.
