3. Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey – Hosted by astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson, Cosmos is a follow-up to the series Cosmos: A Personal Voyage, that was hosted by Carl Sagan back in the 1980s. In Cosmos, Tyson takes you around the massive universe and while doing so, shows you just how small we really are.

4. The Untouchables – While it is the oldest on the list, this period crime drama has four and a half stars on Netflix. It’s safe to say it’s a popular pick in this genre of films. Made in 1987, The Untouchables tells the story of government agent Eliot Ness (Kevin Costner) and his account of his efforts to take down mob boss Al Capone (Robert De Niro).

Brandon Lee Turner, 24, listed this as a movie he really enjoys. “I’m a Law Enforcement major, so I watch a lot of crime dramas.”

5. The Walking Dead – According to students on campus, if you haven’t watched The Walking Dead yet, you’re missing out. The Walking Dead is a television series based on the graphic novels written by Robert Kirkman. The show is not as much about the zombies as it’s about how humans adapt to their surroundings when surviving is their only option.
