Fullerton College has called off its campus-wide lock down after to an alleged shooter threat at Fullerton Joint Union High School.
FC was alerted by the Fullerton Police Department who, stating in an Instagram post on Friday Morning updating the incident, said one of their school resource officers was alerted of a male seen in a vehicle on Pomona Avenue across the street from the school who might have grabbed a gun. Fullerton Joint Union High School was subsequently placed on lockdown.
“After further examination, it was determined that the student had two water guns in his vehicle, which were never brought onto the campus,” The Fullerton Police Department stated in a post on Instagram.
The lockdown on both campuses has since been lifted.
