Vivot Craft Cafe, located in Downtown Fullerton, serves students and locals from 8:00 am until midnight daily with its signature matcha flights— colorful four-drink sets that have made it one of the most popular cafes in the city.
Vivot is best known for its matcha flights, a drink experience not commonly found in other cafes. Customers follow a three-step process to build their flight. First, they choose between the Fruit Matcha Flight or the Cream Cloud Matcha Flight. Then, they select a milk option such as whole milk, oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk. Finally, they pick four flavors. Fruit flavors include mango, strawberry, white peach, banana, blueberry, lychee, guava and blueberry lavender. Cream cloud options feature ube, jasmine, matchamisu, salted vanilla cream, coconut and even pandan or corn.
Each flight comes with four small matcha drinks served in clear cups, making the presentation just as exciting as the flavor. The Fruit Matcha Flight layers matcha over house-made fruit purées, offering a sweet and refreshing experience. The Cream Cloud Matcha Flight features foamy, whipped toppings that add a smooth, creamy texture.

“The matcha drinks are amazing,” said Brook Hart, a kinesiology major at Fullerton College.
These drinks are colorful, flavorful, and ready for photos. Whether someone is new to matcha or a longtime fan, the flights at Vivot offer a fun and memorable way to experience it. I highly recommend the Fruit and Cream Cloud Matcha Flights. Vivot also has 9,652 followers, 170 posts, showcasing colorful matcha flights on Instagram, and a 4.2-star rating on Yelp.
In addition to its popular matcha flights, this cafe offers a variety of other handcrafted beverages. The menu includes milk teas, fresh loose leaf teas, organic fruit-based drinks, and small batch coffees, giving customers a wide range of options to suit every taste.
The food at Vivot matches the creativity and care put into its drinks. The Tamago (Egg) Sando, made with soft Japanese milk bread and a creamy egg filling, is light and flavorful. The Chicken Pesto Caprese Sando brings together grilled chicken, tomato, mozzarella, and a layer of basil pesto, finished with balsamic glaze. The Avocado Toast is topped with fresh greens, tomato, and feta cheese, and offers a clean, satisfying bite.
Sweet options are just as strong. The mochi donuts are soft and chewy, shaped in a traditional Japanese “pon de ring” style, and come in flavors like strawberry and matcha glaze. The croffle, a croissant pressed like a waffle, is warm and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Another standout item is the Ham & Cheese Croissant, a flaky, buttery pastry filled with slices of ham and melty cheese. Whether someone is craving something sweet or savory, every menu item is recommended.

The regular crowd at Vivot is made up of high school and college students, along with people from the local community. On any day or night, customers can be seen working on laptops, reading books, chatting with friends, or waiting in line to place their orders. The environment feels friendly, familiar and social.
“This is my eighth time coming to Vivot. The matcha is the best,” said Rose Arnold, a local.
Vivot Craft Cafe combines flavorful matcha, fresh food and a vibrant atmosphere. Open late, it’s a local favorite for studying, snacking or grabbing something unique.
