Events are for the weekend of September 20-22.
- This Saturday you can see the Hornet football team take on Bakersfield College. Game starts at 6 p.m. at the Yorba Linda High School football field.
- On Saturday, head on over to downtown Fullerton for the Continental Room’s Record Swap. From noon to 5, vendors will be on hand to sell or trade your favorite records. There will also be live DJ’s and drinks available.
- At the Huntington Beach Public Library, enjoy the celebration of island culture with the 6th Annual Orange County Pacific Islander Festival. Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 5 there will be live entertainment, island foods, and cultural leaders on hand. Event and parking are both free to attend.
- Only two weekends left to check out the Brea Jazz Fest. Shows start at 4 p.m. on Saturday and noon on Sundays in downtown Brea.
- There are two shows at the Honda Center in Anaheim this weekend. For modern rock fans, Friday night brings Fall Out Boy to the arena. Then on Saturday, 80’s fans can get their fix with acts like Blondie, Rick Springfield and Berlin at the 93.1 Jack FM’s Flashback Jack. Limited tickets are still available for both shows.
