Fresh off the grill come famous hot dogs, sausages and burgers from Dog Haus. Located about a mile from the Fullerton College campus, students can enjoy a variety of meals.

Employees kindly greet you after immediately walking in, and it’s easy to notice the scenery around you while hearing alternative music in the background. There is quite a bit of seating space with large wooden tables spread throughout the concrete floors with a bit of an industrial setting.

Dog Haus offers a unique style of food. Some of their most popular hot dogs, which are all served on sweet King Hawaiian buns, include the “Downtown Dog” and “Old Town Dog.”

The “Downtown Dog” comes with a smoked bacon wrapped dog with caramelized onions, roasted bell peppers, mayo, mustard and ketchup. Bacon lovers would be a huge fan of this as it doesn’t have too many ingredients to overwhelm the bacon.

The “Old Town Dog” is almost like the “Downtown Dog” having a smoked bacon wrapped dog with caramelized onions, roasted jalapeños, chipotle mayo and cotija cheese.

Although one of the most popular dogs, the “Little Leaguer” is great for chili dog lovers. It’s like a classic chili dog except with caramelized onions and layered with Fritos chips. It’s a small twist in taste but has great flavor when all brought together.

Dog Haus also offers its traditional corn dog, which is dipped in their home-made root beer batter. It’s a classic meal that any dog lover will enjoy. If they are not interested in a regular corn dog, customers can choose any sausage to be deep fried to their liking!

Other than hot dogs, Dog Haus also offers specialty burgers that attract customers as well.

The “Little Mule” is a breakfast-made burger with a fried egg, white American cheese, tomatillo sauce, chipotle aioli and avocado. It’s a quick on-the-go meal for those morning rushes.

If you are looking for a lot of grease and meat, “The Hangover” can provide that. With smoked bacon, Haus chili, white American cheese, a fried egg and mayo, it’ll refuel the body during those heavy cravings.

Dog Haus customers are also free to make their own. They can choose from the type of meat to what ingredients they want to create their own masterpiece to devour.

Sides are also available such as fries, tater tots or onion rings to tag along with your sausage or patty.

Overall, Dog Haus provides a spacious and welcoming ambience with its freshly made sausages and patties. Everyone can relax and have a great time enjoying their meal.

Dog Haus is located at 2555 E. Chapman Ave and is open daily from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. They can be followed throughout social media and can contacted at (714) 213-8265.
