A female student parked on the first floor of the Plummer Parking Structure was approached by a man who fully exposed himself on Tuesday morning.
According to the report, the student was studying in her car when the man approached her and quickly fled when the student saw him.
The student immediately contacted a relative followed by the Fullerton Police Department.
Two FPD officers responded to the scene and took a report.
The suspect is described as white or Hispanic male in his 30s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and approximately 160 pounds. He has brown hair with a buzz haircut and no facial hair.
The suspect wore blue jeans with a yellow, white and black plaid shirt.
Officials are still in search of the suspect.
