Damonya Jones is a news reporter for The Hornet. Jones has been with The Hornet for two semesters. Damonya found her calling as a journalist at a young age. She's passionate about showcasing the beauty of storytelling with her voice. She embodies creativity and plans on being a beast in the news industry. Her motto is "making things happen". Damonya just finished an internship at TMZ and is moving towards a new internship with CNN. After Jones secures her certification, she plans on securing permanent employment in the industry.
